We at Royal Image Collars firmly believe in, and are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to enjoy
your shopping experience with us. If upon receipt of your custom collar you are not satisfied, we will do whatever
is necessary to make your purchase right, restore your confidence, and make your experience shopping with us a
pleasurable one that you would comfortably recommend to others. All we ask is that you return the merchandise in its
original, new, and unused condition within 30 days. Please email or call us for a Return Merchandise Number
(RMA) to be listed on a copy of your invoice inside and on the return packaging prior to shipping the
merchandise. When we receive the item back, we will issue you a refund, store credit or an even exchange. We only
refund shipping charges, however, if the returns were due to manufacturing error by Royal Image Collars or warranty
defect.
